"Have project documents been updated to reflect membership in the foundation, and the relationship of the project to the foundation?"

I assume this should go in our manual -- not sure if this includes noting people in our development team that are OSGeo charter members and so forth or if it should just focus on the project itself.

I updated the manual and wiki. I think the fact we have the OSGeo project logo everywhere highly suggests we are an OSGeo project :).
