Description (last modified by robe)

Has an effort been made to brand the project web site with OSGeo foundation web styling and branding marks?

I'm not quite sure what is being asked here — do we just put an OSGeo logo up somewhere on http://postgis.org ?

As this is about branding and spelling is a part of branding, it is OSGeo, not OSGEO.

Okay I have put the OSGEO project logo on the front of our documentation (so it shows on documentation page as well as PDF file). I thru our PostGIS logo in there too for balance.

Chris, I'm reassigning the rest to you to put prominently on postgis.org somewhere on front page I guess. I don't know if this was the best one to put on but was the first I saw with project in it.

Feel free to speak anyone if you don't like the logos I selected.

I also put this on front page of Trac. I wanted to get it in the header, but I think the header is set at a much higher level beyond my control. Looks like none of the OSGeo trac sites have it in the header in fact.

I used a smaller logo (same "projects" version) and put it in the header of the postgis.refractions.net / postgis.org site.

I got it from here: http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/browser/marketing/logo/png24/125

I might suggest the smaller logo for the wiki as well, and/or putting it at the bottom of the page … since we can't do fancier layout or get it in the header. But I could go either way.

I think this is done, so closing.

Done on trac too. I agree, the smaller one looks better on trac.
