Description

Some builders MIGHT be using it, like Winnie is (see #5537)

The new way to deal with XML is XML catalogs and xsltproc will honour a XML_CATALOG_FILES environment variable to point to custom catalogs (by default /etc/xml/catalog is used)

So where do I get the docbook5 catalog files, to download?

This reverts commit b6583e98323ffe1a8438b51f3a9c70205fdbcf6b
bringing —with-xsldir support back.
