Description

As noted in ​https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/postgis-users/2022-January/045186.html

PostGIS Windows bundle has -3.2.dll instead of -3.dll

But separate issue is our ALTER EXTENSION seems to rely the old library exists.

Status: assigned → closed

Fixed on the PostGIS 3.2.0 windows builds. The fixed ones will have a -2.exe instead of -1.exe
