Description
As mentioned in https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/1224#comment:5 and now that the core code to do that is available (see #3042) it may be useful to provide a RecomputeEdgeLinking function to repair topologies in which edge linking is broken.
Edge linking repair could be done on a set of nodes, maybe identified by a bounding box they intersect.
