Description
This is was on my list to do but couldn't find it.
Was meaning to have bessie and winnie's build against pull requests (both gitea and github at very least).
I had done this for pgrouting before so shouldn't be too hard. Just have to setup another job for it.
Tricky part which I never figured out is having it commit the status to the pull request. That should hopefully catch things ahead of time.
Not so concerned about berrie and debbie as since those are ubuntu/debian based, those largely cover issues that dronie and travis test except for the case that debbie does test yet to be released geos/gdal/ and pg. That I think though would be better handled by just having a continuous building of the docker images which is also on my list.
