Minus sign? : "upperleftx - width * scalex" ?

Andreas Schild resolved an issue for the string: The Minnesota MapServer is an internet web-mapping server which conforms to the OpenGIS Web Mapping Server specification. 1.3.0 OpenGIS Web Map Service (WMS) Implementation Specification WMS 1.3 and ISO 19128 are the same documents.
