You're right, sorry. The issue is really with gitlab failing to test against some PG < 9.3 in the 2.0 branch.

strk we don't support PostgreSQL 9.4 on PostGIS 2.0. PostgreSQL 9.4 needs to run on PostGIS 2.1+. So if you are seeing an issue there, it's not relevant. I've marked this as a won't fix.

9.2 is last supported on 2.0 - newer versions need to use PostGIS 2.1+
