Description
The README file says to cd into tiger_geocoder_2011 and edit tiger_geocoder.sql, I don't knwo what else changed but changes should be reflected in the README (extra/tiger_geocoder/README).

okay removed at r14108. So reforked back so long ago not that relevant anymore.

Okay I was meaning to get rid of the README entirely aside from saying refer to the manual, but I guess I got to clean up the manual a bit more. So I wiped out the parts coverted in manual and left the part not so nicely covered.
