Description
Liblwgeom library files are removed on "make uninstall" but liblwgeom.h remains installed.
Surely happens with trunk, not sure about 2.1 or 2.0 branches (but I guess it's the same there)

This is as old as 2.0. Fixed in 2.0 branch (2.0.8) with r13637, in 2.1 branch (2.1.8) with r13638 and in trunk (2.2.0) with r13639.
