Documentation update, 2010 -> 2011

Description
In several places in the online documentation, the directory tiger_2010 is referenced.
In the latest tarball, I only see a extras/tiger_geocoder/tiger_2011 directory.
Propose changing "2010" to "2011" in the docs, or rewording to make it less specific.

I see the problem. I think this is for doco 2.0 not in docs 2.1

IIRC, it was for 2.1 (when I reported it, I was working with 2.1 and looking at the online documentation).
Maybe you changed it after looking at this ticket? http://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/ticket/2456.
I think this can be marked as resolved…

Well it was still an issue with the 2.0 docs. Just fixed that at r11956.

Is this still an issue. I thought I fixed this a while ago. YOu have an example spot?
