Description
Our PostGIS PSC no longer fully represents all the core areas of PostGIS. This has been discussed with current PSC group off-line and we have candidates in mind to fill the void.
I would like to get this done before 2.1.0 is out — pretty please.

I noticed Bborie is not listed here: https://trac.osgeo.org/postgis/wiki/RFC/RFC-1 am I looking at the wrong document ?
