They should now point at:

​http://download.osgeo.org/postgis/source/postgis--version.tar.gz

Except for the SVN ones which eventually should point there too.

need to do #2155 before #2154 and also change website links accordingly

I defined a variable to store this instead of explicitly referencing the download link since it will change for tagged (tagged will be on osgeo and trunk/branch will be on postgis.net). Done at r10980 (for 2.1) and r10981 (for 2.0)

hmm I meant r10980 for 2.0 and r10975 for 2.1. Updated the HOW_TO_RELEASE for 2.1 at r10979
