Zoom to full extent script is unresponsive when used on the search map when it is not first zoomed out to "Max Extent"

Description
IMAGE & VIDEO SEARCH PAGE: When you click on the "Zoom to full Resolution" button on the search map when the search map is set to a zoom level that is not "Max Extent", OMAR hangs for a few seconds, and then displays a popup which states that there is an unresponsive script on the page. If the user chooses the "Stop Script Option", OMAR is completely unresponsive unless the user first clicks the "Refresh" button on the browser to reload the page.
