"Zoom to full extent" zooms in far beyond search map resolution

Description
IMAGE & VIDEO SEARCH PAGES: When you click on the "Zoom to Full Resolution" button on the search map when the search map is zoomed out to its "Max Extent", OMAR zooms in to a 1:0 scale which is far beyond the scale allowed by the zoom-in function (1:14K). As a result, all the user sees is a lot of white tiles with a message saying that imagery is not available.
