quickstart Mapserver wms is not accessable at /home/user/mapserver_quickstart.map as described

• ​http://localhost/cgi-bin/mapserv?map=/home/user/mapserver_quickstart.map&SERVICE=WMS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.3.0 does not give back the get capabilities document. Looks like the file can not get accessed
• looks like the file is not reachable by MapServer. When I place it at /usr/local/share/.. the WMS works fine
• is there a symlink missing or any change from the former version

This still appears to be an issue on osgeolive-17.0alpha3-amd64.iso. Even though the permissions have been added to install_mapserver.sh. Maybe they are overwritten or I've missed something in how the install scripts work.
