looks like libgeos is installed, but still oder versions too

ol14 includes: 

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgeos-3.9.0.so
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgeos_c.so.1
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgeos_c.so.1.16.2

which is current, no conflicts found on RC2

Milestone: OSGeoLive14.0 → OSGeoLive15.0

It is not a good time for a transition to 3.9.1, we can issue an update after the release
