leaflet: update example for featured city

Hi,

the leaflet demo (in firefox from the browser clients menu) opens a window with a location comment: "Foss4G is here this year!", pointing to Nottingham.

We should update that to Portland, or some non-changing point of interest.

the lat/lons in the leaflet quickstart would also need changing, and perhaps x,y tile numbers there.

Quickstart coords updated for Portland in r11837. I'd updated the html live demo page some time ago.

I know the example was improved and updated during the codesprint in Bremen - However, I don't know who the people were. I think jsanz knew them - I'll see if he remembers.

We need a maintainer/volunteer for this task. The leaflet demo is in very bad shape in the Live.

Goal: updating the leaflet quickstart for the FOSS4G 2016 at Bonn

First problem:

MapNik is running but there is no map. So I tried the mapnik quickstart

MapNik quickstart needs to be review: mapnik2 python module doesn't exist => mapnik instead

So I need to find how to modify leaflet-demo.html file but there is issues with mapnik too

I updated the quickstart and demo to work with TileStache. Additionally I added an OSM base layer just in case TileStache is not working at launch time.
