rasdaman icons not in pull down menu, or in /home/user/Desktop/Databases

I've run the latest install_rasdaman.sh successfully inside osgeo-live5.0rc1, (verifying issue #758). However icons are installed into the wrong location.

There are icons:

• Start Rasdaman
• Stop Radaman
• Radaman-Earthlook Demo

These should installed into /home/user/Desktop/Databases

But instead they have been installed into /home/user/Desktop

Also, the icons are not selectable from the pull down menu as they should be from: Geospatial -> Databases -> ... (This is possibly because it needs to be run in another script. Hamish?)

that's exactly what's supposed to happen.

the install_desktop.sh script later builds the menus from the collected icons on the desktop.

    *  Icons: Where appropriate, create an icon on the desktop which loads the application. The file should be called <packagename>.desktop and placed in /home/user/Desktop/ for further processing. The icons will be sorted and the Geospatial menu will be auto-generated from here. 

    Install <packagename>.png icon files to the /usr/share/icons/ directory.
