Description
The patch has been currently merged in gdal master branch and release/3.7 and will be available in gdal 3.7.1 not yet released. Please see https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/7725#issuecomment-1540102887 and https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/52731.
