Description

In Qt Designer, clicking on "Help" -> "Qt Designer Help" menu item results in the following error: 

Assistant - Qt Designer

The binary 'C:/PROGRA~1/QGIS32~1.1/apps/qt5/bin/bin\assistant.exe' does not exist.

The file assistant.exe is in the /apps/qt5/bin/ folder instead of the /apps/qt5/bin/bin/ folder.
