Description

Using the latest qgis and grass packages, the GRASS processing algorithms involving rasters fail to work with the following error:

ERROR: Unable to load GDAL library

See https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/qgis-user/2022-July/051680.html.

Previously already reported at https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/45079.

Pull request https://github.com/jef-n/OSGeo4W/pull/10 submitted to hopefully fix the issue.

It would be great if it could be possible to create new Standalone Installers for 3.22.9 and 3.26.1 with the patched grass package.

Anyway, now, with the package grass 7.8.7-5, the following error is reported in the processing log:

Cleaning up default sqlite database ...
Cleaning up temporary files...
dbmi: Protocol error
ERROR: Unable to open database <$GISDBASE/$LOCATION_NAME/$MAPSET/sqlite/sqlite.db>

Don't mind... It seems the "Unable to open database" error is fixed after updating the qgis package to 3.26.1-1 version.
