points2grid depends on Visual Studio 2013 redistributables

Description
When attempting to use points2grid from an OSGeo4W Shell, I see a System Error dialog:
The program can't start because MSVCP120.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
This was installed from the 64-bit version of OSGeo4W on Windows 7.
Does OSGeo4W install other MSVC redistributables as dependencies? If so, then it should also install this one. Installing it fixes the problem.

msvcrt2013 added and msvcrt split into msvcrt2008 and msvcrt2012 and msvcrt, which now depends on all msvcrt20xx packages.
