Description
subject says it all. It is a very useful library, used for example by a few Quantum GIS plugins.

Added to testing repository (setup-test.bat or osgeo4w-setup.exe -t). Please test.

it works fine. I guess this can be closed. I would suggest to add this package as dependency, as there are already many plugins that need it anyway.
