Missed grass-devel-vc package

Description
Just tried to upgrade my OSGeo4W install and seems there is missing grass-devel and grass-devel-vc packages. I see only grass-devel-mingw package in list

that's all in the grass package now. The old packages are obsolete and upgrade to the grass package.
