We need a jp version of the Trac Wiki instance、for OSGeo4w...such as ​http://pgrouting.postlbs.org/wiki/ja

There should be a way to enable japanese characters in the osgeo wiki.

Good news is that the OSGeo4W Trac wiki does support the Wiki text in Japanese characters (see link at top of http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/WikiStart). Translation/writing has begun to convert existing OSGeo4W Wiki documentation into Japanese (by Yuka and Haruka here in Osaka Japan).

For the Trac buttons (such as "View Tickets") to be in Japanese, this issue depends on the version of the Trac software (I have filed this ​issue with the OSGeo SAC committee).
