MapServer package requires the Apache package, but is not part of setup.hint

Description

  • the OSGeo4W packages for MapServer require the Apache web server to be installed, in order to use MapServer through a browser (MapServer is included in the "Web" category for OSGeo4W, so OSGeo4W users will assume that MapServer will be ready to use on the Web)
  • however "apache" is not currently included in the MapServer setup.hint files

Assefa, can you update all of the setup.hint files to include "apache"? (I can also do this, let me know how you want to proceed)

updated for all MapServer packages.
