Add LanguageSelector extension to MediaWiki instance

Description

  • the ​GRASS wiki has a nice "in other languages" toolbar in left panel of page
  • ​our wiki is missing this toolbar
  • we should add the mediawiki extension ​LanguageSelector
    • for now I've added a manual link to a Japanese translated page
