Discourse by default is set to reject autogenerated emails.
We might want to take this rule out, but that is what is preventing jenkins email from reaching discourse.

This wasn't sufficient to prevent it from being blocked because the builder group doesn't allow anonymous emails. I ticked the box on the Geoserver Builder category to allow anonymous emails so that it will create a staged account for the jenkins account.
I think the next email will just get thrown in a queue and will require approval and thenceforth it should go thru without issue.
