I don't have access to the OSGeo LDAP, so it would be faster if you could send his email address to me privately (jsanz at osgeo.org).

Then, I can make the switch, add a new password to the list, and send along the details.

Admin e-mails for mapproxy and mapproxy-dev wer updated to Johannes's address, and new credentials were sent to him.
