foss4g slack channel is not connected to foss4g:osgeo.org matrix and irc channel

Description
As mentioned in #3314 I noticed when trying to reconnect the gdal and general channels back to matrix (and @jive mentioning the issue on osgeo.org:foss4g matrix channel, that the foss4g slack channel is not connected to osgeo matrix foss4g channel.
The bridge was never set up it seems, so I tried to set it up.
But unfortunately I don't have admin rights to the foss4g matrix channel, so I think someone else has to do this.
Alternatively we can just delete the foss4g slack channel, cause it seems it hasn't been used in a while anyway. I feel having both exist and not be connected will just be confusing for everyone.

too late, it's live now. Thanks for all the help @strk and @jmkenna nd @strk I assume you fixed the IRC part.
Kill the Slack channel, IMHO
