Description
I'm a member of the GRASS PSC and dev team. I'm also the maintainer of the GRASS Mac binaries, which I upload to an OSGEO server (upload.osgeo.org). So I have an OSGEO ID and PW--which I used to login to create this ticket.
But this authentication does not work on the new GRASS Discourse site and I was forced to create a new login through GitHub. Can someone check on Discourse permissions for my OSGEO ID?
Thanks Michael Barton

Okay looking at your LDAP account I notice it has an asu.edu account which matched with a staged account. So I suspect that was the issue because that email did not have user name cmbarton so it had a conflict. I'm merging that asu.edu account into your cmbarton account now. I'll post when that is done and I suspect once that account has been merged, you should be able to log in.
You might want to update your LDAP account email address at https://id.osgeo.org/ldap/edit if you no longer use your asu account.

@cmbarton,
Please give it a try again. I merged your ASU account into your cmbarton so you should be able to login with LDAP now since both your asu email and your gmail email are associated with your cmbarton user name.
Feel free to reopen this ticket if you still have issues.

I just now tried it with the LDAP button selected and it still says "Incorrect username, email or password"
I do use the ASU email. That is the email I used for the GRASS email lists.
I guess I'll try forget my PW and see if I can reset it. If that doesn't work I'll try the 'skip the password' option.

Resetting my PW fixed the problem. Hopefully I'm the only one who had this, but there are likely others who will run into this.
@cmbarton
Did you use the with LDAP button? The regular login screen wouldn't work with LDAP.
