Please get rid of the user name "jachymc" in OSGeo services

Query all services to find out if there's any trace of activity or grants given to that user, to avoid a NEW user impersonating that old name and benefit from grants or otherwise being attributed actions which instead belong to user "jachym" (without "c")

Does your jachymc have QGIS plugin push access? Those aren't on OSGeo servers though they do use LDAP authentication. So we may not be able to purge that and would have to have someone on the QGIS plugins management team to do that if it needs to be done.
