Cleanup wiki accounts "in progress of converting"

As of today it appears thare are 54 MediaWiki users in the "Accounts in progress of converting" state:

It seems odd to me.

Even more odd is that if you check the "Sort by creation date" most of them disappear and we're left with 4 which were not even in the first list :!!
