geotiff.org transfer

We've received the transfer code to take ownership of geotiff.org.

We've initiated the transfer process.

Right now it appears geotiff.org is pointing no where. Where should it point to once we take ownership of it?

I've included Howard and Even as I assume they know most about geotiff project.

Just got notice that the transfer has completed. So all that's left is to decide where to point this if any place.

We currently have a ​http://geotiff.osgeo.org/ that redirects to ​https://github.com/OSGeo/libgeotiff/ Ultimately we would probably want to redirect to "github pages" with the initial content of ​https://github.com/OSGeo/libgeotiff/tree/master/geotiff/html . Probably we should move this content first to a gh-pages branch, and enable github pages on it

Okay so I'll go ahead and repoint geotiff.org to GH pages, so it's ready once you set it up. I think I can do that before hand unless you prefer me to wait.
