Description
It appears I'm the only one that has full admin rights on talks.osgeo.org.
I'm going to switch this over to pretalx@… which Vicky has already created an alias email for.
Once I do, I'll put the password in password-store.
This will allow any of the admins ability to create orgs on talks.osgeo.org
