I faced an issue when trying to send emails to the list.osgeo.org.

Here is what I can find in the log files of the mail server (I sent the mail yesterday and have more tentative that are not listed here): 

Dec 28 10:16:44 smtp postfix/smtp[1391792]: 3D1F2A2C0D69: to=<zoo-psc@lists.osgeo.org>, relay=none, delay=61480, delays=61450/0.01/30/0, dsn=4.4.1, status=deferred (connect to lists.osgeo.org[140.211.15.3]:25: Connection timed out)

Is there a specific setting required to send emails to this mail server?
