Limesurvey not allowing new people to login with LDAP account

Description
IvanSanchez complained he can't log in with his LDAP on limesurvey.
I tested with one of my test accounts that has never logged in and was unable to though I can login with my existing,that is already an admin

I think this has always been the issue that an admin has to explicitly add someone user name, and tick it with LDAP authentication. I did that for IvanSanchez

I think maybe I forgot how this worked. I just added ivansanchez as regular user and marked as LDAP.
It's possible I had done that with all accounts I had created and forgot. Anyway I tried that with an ldap test account I had and was able to log in with that and then deleted the account from limesurvey after.
I'll leave this open as we should probably document instructions for this.
