Download links on gitea are all broken

Download links on gitea are broken

Reporter noted these ​https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/geos/php-geos/archive/master.tar.gz ​https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/geos/php-geos/archive/1.0.0.tar.gz

But I also noticed below is broken as well

​https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/postgis/postgis/archive/3.4.0.tar.gz

Disk space appears to be fine, but perhaps has been an issue and our clearing of old tar balls makes the issue visible

okay not sure what caused this issue. the /var/logs/gitea/gitea.log just showed

2023/11/06 20:33:07 ...ers/web/repo/repo.go:419:Download() [E] archiver.Await: archiver.StartArchive: context canceled

Doing

systemctl restart gitea

Seemed to fix issue. So could be related to our purge of tarballs earlier to clear disk space.
