This is part of balancing load and trying to get stuff off of osgeo3 before I restart it.

Move completed.

Steps 1) Change PAIR domain CNAME for grasswiki.osgeo.org from web.osgeo3.osgeo.org to web.osgeo8.osgeo.org

2) moved osgeo3 lineitem from osgeo3 to osgeo8 in ​https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC_Service_Status#grass-wiki

3) Updated ansible osgeo4 backup scripts and pushed. ​https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/sac/ansible-deployment/commit/3d1494ba8cbf72be7b96238da8d40b22f57354e8
