HTTPS certificate for video.foss4g.org

• I believe we had configured this on the old-webextra container and it was running properly (I still see the letsencrypt logs there and cronjob that is now commented-out)

• I believe the certs were moved to the nginx container, but I have no access there when trying to jump there : "Permission denied (publickey)"

• the command there would be something like:

  sudo certbot-auto --apache -d video.foss4g.org

It's proxied thru the osgeo7-nginx container on osgeo7.

So just ran

certbot

and selected the site by #
