It was decided to have the project category Heritage project (MOSS will be added there) But at the moment the radiobutton only has OSGeo Project OSGeo Community Project LocationTech KDE none

Added as "OSGeo Heritage Project" Or maybe its needed as "Heritage Project"
To see the consequences of that change I tried to find MOSS, but out success.
Please let me know when it is there to see how it gets listed

MOSS has been added as Heritage project. Perter Löwe will add more information. (see about his connection problems in #2632) https://www.osgeo.org/projects/moss/
Its needed
- to choose the type from the page https://www.osgeo.org/projects/.
- logo like for OSGeo community.
