provide gisix user at osgeo.org

• the ldap account gisix belongs to Peter Löwe with the email: ploewe at osgeo dot org
• gisix is not present at osgeo.org at the moment. Peter can not login with his password

There are two other ldap account that belong to Peter Löwe. They can get deleted:

• ploewe
• plowe

• on osgeo.org Peter Löwe is present with ​https://www.osgeo.org/member/peter-lowe/ -> could get replavced with ​https://www.osgeo.org/member/gisix

I renamed the ploewe user in wordpress to gisix ldap. Can he try logging into wordpress with gisix. As far as the member list goes, that is the nice-name which is different from the user name, so I left that alone.
