Change IP of git.osgeo.org to be different from the one of download.osgeo.org

Description
So we can have port 22 available for both with no conflicts.
Currently git,trac,svn are all "aliases" to osgeo7, while "download" is on its own (A record, I guess). Maybe it would be easier to change IP of download.osgeo.org, for less surprises ?
Change of IP will be needed to advance with Gitea ssh support (#2457)
