Create an email address account for OSGeo-Ottawa local chapter

OSGeo-Ottawa local chapter would like to request a group/chapter OSGeo email address.

Do you want the email address to go to 1 person, multiple people as an alias or do you want it to go to a private mailing list? What do you want the email address to be?

The email will go to 1 person. Perhaps "ottawa@…" or "ottawa-chapter@…"
