To atract more latvian speaking osgeo and free and opensource GIS tool users would be great to have mailinglist for Latvian speaking users.

Ey, sorry for the delay, without the correct component I was not notified of the task, thanks Alex!

@peterisb no problem on using latvia-users but if you check our lists directory you'll see that common practice is just the name so simply "Latvia" is ok. What do you think?

@jsanz - thanks for pointing to common practice of list naming. I agree with just "Latvia". That's completely OK for us.
