Description
We have a mirror at
https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/osgeo/download https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/osgeo/bottle
It was discussed to setup a load balancer to proxy half the traffic to the mirror. Jef pointed out this article that looks to be what we want to do.
