Mailing Lists for FOSS4G 2019

Hi SAC-Team,

the FOSS4G 2019 programme committee would like to have a dedicated mailing list for discussions. Could we please get one named "foss4g2019-program".

I changed the title a bit. As it came to my mind that we'd like to have more than one mailing list. We also would like to have an email for general discussions.

So please create two mailing lists:

• foss4g2019-program
• foss4g2019-discuss

There is already a mailing list for FOSS4G 2019 ​here.

Renaming lists is a pretty manual task, in fact it's actually creating a new one and migrating everything there. Is okay maybe to just keep that one and create foss4g2019-program?

Yes, please create the foss4g2019-program one. I'll talk to the LOC again about the discuss one.

Update: We *don't* need the "discuss" one, we'll just use the normal "foss4g2019" one.
