Description

As per summary, our developer Michael Barton would like to receive the certifications for apple code signing (or however that is described, perhaps cmbarton can add more if needed).

No. I never could get any reply on how I actually apply this certificate. So it remains undone.

My findings: the digicert certificate will not work with gatekeeper (see Code Signing Certificate Guide). We should have a Developer ID and probably a apple certificate - but apparently currently no one has access. I guess that will be cleared up soon.

Please reach out to the QGIS dev team. I believe they are using this cert. Larry Shaffer originally helped set all this up.

We're currently waiting for a response from Larry. I don't think we ever had a signed QGIS mac package.

An issue we have is that the apple developer account has security questions that i believe we set by Larry so I can't currently get in. If we can't get a hold of Larry, I'll work through the account recovery with Apple.
