"Sign in" is displayed even if already logged in

The "sign in" button in ​https://www.osgeo.org/ is present even if one is already logged in.

Confirmed, still happens today. Wordpress default I guess?

I see the sign-in link at top though I am already logged in. But I do see a black banner below saying I'm logged in and who I am logged in as.

I think this is a Theme issue, not really wordpress. Not sure how hard it is to fix and seems like a minor enough thing that not worth fixing if it's a big deal.
